Berard House | Niagara Falls

Berard House opened its doors in 2016 in Niagara Falls.

This building is a replica of Grundy House in St Catharine's and was a turnkey project for Gateway. This building has 9 supportive 1 bedroom units and an office on-site. This building has 1 full time Housing Support Worker who supports tenants living with a mental illness. All units are rent geared to income and inclusive of all utilities.
